Toys from World War II

Richards father, Frank Guy Bromley was a very creative engineer, and during World War II, he built a series of toys, and other projects at their home.

One of these projects was a farm, with a matching steam engine for Richard.

As far as I can see, the farm the same one as in toymaker “Britain”’s 1940 catalogue.
The parts were painstakingly painted, so they matched, with the farm and steam engine having the same design and brickwork.
